摘要
焦化汽油加氢装置由于反应器压降问题,频繁进行装置停工撇头操作,造成大量人力、物力的损耗。抚顺石油化工研究院开发了一种新型内置积垢器,可改善物流分布,有效拦截垢物,对催化剂表面形成保护,最终达到延长装置开工周期的目的。
Abstract
Due to the pressure drop problem of the reactor,the coking gasoline hydrogenation unit needs to shut down frequently to skim operation,resulting in a large loss of human and material resources.Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) has developed a novel built-in cruder,which can improve the logistics distribution,intercept the crud effectively,protect the surface of the catalyst,and finally prolong the operation cycle of the unit.
