摘要
开发了中压紫外杀菌系统处理某火电厂锅炉补给水。研究了紫外剂量、进水流量、紫外线作用区域、紫外-药剂协同作用对杀菌效果的影响,开展了长周期运行下对季节性微生物污染的控制,考察了系统连续运行期间的稳定性和经济性。结果表明,23 mJ/cm2以上的紫外剂量即可使600 t/h流量的来水菌落总数保持在10 CFU/mL以下,多区域紫外线作用和紫外-药剂协同作用有利于提高杀菌效果。系统连续运行3个月以来,在来水菌落总数7~200 CFU/mL的波动下,反渗透膜组件保持性能良好,反渗透系统化学清洗周期延长,综合经济效益为节约28.1万元/a。
Abstract
A medium pressure UV sterilization system is developed to treat with boiler make-up water in a thermal power plant.The effects of UV dose,influent flow,UV action area and UV-agent synergism on the sterilization effect are studied.The control on seasonal microbial pollution under a long-term operation is carried out,and the stability and economy of the system during continuous operation are investigated.It is shown that total number of colonies in influent with a flow of 600 tons per hour can be maintained below 10 CFU·mL-1 at a UV dose of more than 23 mJ·cm-2.Both multi-areas of UV effect and the synergistic effect between UV and agent are conducive to improve the sterilization effect.The reverse osmosis membrane module has maintained a good performance since the system has run continuously for 3 months as total number of colonies in influent fluctuate in the range of 7-200 CFU·mL-1.The chemical cleaning cycle of the reverse osmosis system has been prolonged,and comprehensive economic benefit achieves CNY 281 000 per year.
