摘要
玉门炼化总厂80 kt/a异构化装置从2021年7月开始出现产品辛烷值下降、异构化反应变弱的情况,分析原因为氧超标所致催化剂失活。经过器内再生后,催化剂活性得到恢复,异构化产品辛烷值提高到了85。
Abstract
Since July 2021,the 80 000 tons per year isomerization unit of Refining and Chemical Complex of PetroChina Yumen Oilfield Company has encountered the situation that the octane number of the product decreases and the isomerization reaction weakens.Through regeneration within the unit,the catalyst restores its activity,and the octane number of the isomerized product rise to 85.
