摘要
采用"热碱洗-沉降-电催化-分离-压滤-干化"组合工艺设计了处理能力为200 L/h的炼化污水场含油污泥处理中试装置,30 d的现场连续运行实验结果表明,在碱洗pH 10、温度70℃、电催化反应初始氯离子质量浓度9 g/L、电解电流密度400 A/m2时,油泥干基含油率从处理前的27.22%降低至处理后的7.43%;油泥残渣经压滤和干化,含水率从处理前的98%降低至处理后的22.9%,油泥体积减量率达到97.59%;处理综合成本较当前装置降低52.5元/t油泥,环境效益和经济效益显著。
Abstract
It is of great significance to help refinery to solve the problems such as poor treatment effect and high cost in treating with oily sludge.Using the combined process of "thermokalite washing-sedimentation-electrocatalysis-separation-pressure filtration-drying",a 200 L·h-1 pilot plant for dealing with oily sludge from wastewater treatment plant in refinery is designed.It is shown through a 30-day spot continuous operation experiment that the dry mud oil content of oily sludge can be reduced from 27.22% to 7.43% when the alkaline washing pH is 10,the alkaline washing temperature is at 70℃,the initial chloride ion concentration is 9 g·L-1 and the current density is 400 A·m-2.After pressure filtration and drying treatment,the water content of sludge residue decreases from 98% to 22.9%,and the volume reduction rate of sludge reaches 97.59%.Compared with the current unit,the comprehensive treatment cost declines by CNY 52.5 per ton sludge,showing a remarkable environmental and economic benefit.
