摘要
以纳米Cr2O3和Na2CO3为原料,采用高温固相反应法制备NaCrO2粉末。通过XRD研究了配碱量、固相反应温度和保温时间对NaCrO2含量的影响,并利用SEM对NaCrO2的形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当Na2CO3配碱量为理论配碱量的102%、反应温度为900℃及保温时间为5 h时,反应产物为单一的NaCrO2,且NaCrO2的质量分数达99.69%。反应产物呈层状结构,无明显团聚现象,颗粒尺寸为1~80 μm。
Abstract
Sodium chromate (NaCrO2) is a potential cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its low cost,safety,and high power.Solid-state reaction has been widely employed as the standard procedure to prepare oxide-type cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries.In this study,NaCrO2 powder is prepared by high-temperature solid-phase reaction method with nano-Cr2O3 and Na2CO3 as feedstocks.The effect of base dosage,solid phase reaction temperature and insulation time on NaCrO2 content are investigated by XRD,and the morphology of NaCrO2 is characterized by means of SEM.It is shown that NaCrO2 is the single reaction product with a purity of 99.69% when the dosage of Na2CO3 is 102% of the theoretical one,the reaction temperature remains at 900℃ and the holding time is 5 h.The obtained NaCrO2 products show a layered structure without obvious agglomeration,with a particle size in the range of 1-80 μm.
