摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、明胶(Gelatin)、羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)为原料,采用自组装的方式制备了一种纳米银高抗菌性粘附水凝胶,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,制备抗菌水凝胶的最佳条件为温度40℃、原料总质量分数为25%、m(PVA)∶m(Gelatin)∶m(CMCS)为1∶2∶2。当添加纳米银的质量分数为0.05%时,水凝胶的抗菌效果最好。同时,制备的水凝胶具有很好的粘附能力及适宜的降解速度。
Abstract
A high antibacterial adhesive nano-silver hydrogel is prepared via self-assembly method with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),gelatin,and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) as raw materials,and its properties are evaluated.researched.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions are as follows:the temperature is at 40℃,total mass fraction of raw materials is 25%,and the mass ratio of PVA/Gelatin/CMCS is 1∶2∶2.The hydrogel shows the best antibacterial effect when the mass fraction of nano-silver is 0.05%.In addition,the prepared hydrogel has good adhesion ability and suitable degradation speed.
