摘要
研究了甲醇氨氧化制取氢氰酸的Fe-Mo氧化物催化剂的挤出成型工艺,通过考察成型助剂对催化剂机械强度和活性的影响,并结合具体的成型过程和表征测试结果,筛选出催化剂最佳成型条件:水粉比为0.15~0.30,田菁粉添加量为1%,硝酸添加量为5%,甲基纤维素添加量为2%。200 h的长周期稳定性考察实验结果表明,成型催化剂的活性和机械强度都比较稳定,可以为下一步的工业放大生产提供重要参考。
Abstract
The extrusion molding process for the preparation of Fe-Mo oxide,which is the catalyst for the ammoxidation of methanol to hydrogen cyanide,is studied.The effects of different molding additives on the mechanical strength and activity of the catalyst are investigated.Combined with the specific molding process and characterization test results,the optimal molding conditions for the catalyst are selected as follows:the mass ratio of powder/water is 0.15-0.30,the dosages of sesbania powder,nitric acid and methylcellulose is 1%,5% and 2%,respectively.The catalyst prepared under the optimum conditions has been tested for 200 hours,and the results indicate that both the activity and mechanical strength of catalyst are quite stable,which provides important reference for scale-up industrial production.
