摘要

以乙酰丙酮二羰基铑[Rh(CO)2(acac)]为催化剂前驱体,分别考察了双亚磷酸酯(BOX-800)和三苯基膦(TPP)作为配体以及双配体组合作用于1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应体系中的催化效果,同时探究了配体浓度、催化剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间等条件对辛烯氢甲酰化反应结果的影响。结果表明,双亚磷酸酯和三苯基膦的双配体组合应用于反应体系中,两者有很好的协同效果,可明显提高产物中壬醛的收率以及直链醛的选择性,通过对各项反应条件进行优化,得到壬醛收率达81.64%、正异比为76.9、正构体选择性达98.72%。

Abstract

Rh(CO)2(acac) is used as the catalyst precursor,the catalytic effects of bisphosphite (BOX-800) as ligand,triphenylphosphine (TPP) as ligand and the combination of two ligands on the hydroformylation of 1-octene are investigated.The influences of ligands concentration,catalyst concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the hydroformylation of 1-octene are also studied.The results show that the combination of bisphosphite and triphenylphosphine has a good synergistic effect,which can significantly improve the yield of nonanal and the selectivity of straight chain aldehyde.Through optimizing various reaction conditions,the yield of nonanal is 81.64%,the N/I is 76.9,and the selectivity of n-isomer is 98.72%.
