摘要
研究了甜菜碱-L-脯氨酸-1,3-丁二醇组成的三元天然低共熔溶剂(NADESs)在蒺藜黄酮类成分提取中的应用。考察了NADESs的摩尔比、含水量、液固比和超声时间4个因素对蒺藜总黄酮提取量的影响,在此基础上采用响应曲面法优化提取工艺,得到最佳实验条件:n(甜菜碱)∶n(L-脯氨酸)∶n(1,3-丁二醇)=0.5∶0.5∶2,超声时间53 min,含水量31%,料固比(NADESs与蒺藜比)50 mL∶1 g。在此条件下,蒺藜总黄酮提取量为10.82 mg/g,与预测值接近并高于传统有机溶剂的提取量。
Abstract
The application of natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) composing of betaine,L-proline and 1,3-butanediol in extraction of flavonoid from Tribulus terrestris L.is studied.The effects of the molar ratio of NADESs system,water content,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic time on the extraction of flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris L.are investigated.On this basis,response surface method is utilized to optimize the extraction process.The optimum experimental conditions are obtained as follows:n(betaine)∶n(L-proline)∶n(1,3-butanediol)=0.5∶0.5∶2,ultrasonic time is 53 min,water content is 31%,and the ratio between NADESs and Tribulus terrestris L is 50 mL∶1 g.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of total flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris L.is 10.82 mg·g-1,which approaches to the predicted value and higher than that by traditional organic solvents.
