摘要

为系统研究窄馏分费托蜡在贵金属加氢异构催化剂上的反应规律和产品特点,以Pt/ZNC-1为异构降凝催化剂,对常压沸点范围分别为300~510、470~600和>550℃的3段窄馏分费托蜡的异构反应进行了评价,并对关键产品指标进行了分析。研究发现,随着原料馏程变重,异构降凝难度逐渐增加,基础油收率下降;对重质馏分原料而言,>330℃产品收率仅为48.3%。同时,还指出了提高重质原料异构产品收率和降浊点的研发方向。

Abstract

For the purpose of studying the reaction rules and product characteristics of narrow fractions of Fischer-Tropsch wax over noble metal catalyst for hydroisomerization,Pt/ZNC-1 catalyst is used to evaluate the isomerization properties of three narrow distillate waxes with boiling point ranges of 300-510℃,470-600℃ and >550℃,respectively,and the key product indexes are analyzed.It is found that as the distillation range of feedstock becomes heavier,the hydrodewaxing becomes more difficult,and the yield of base oil decreases.As for heavy fractions,the yield of the product with a boiling point more than 330℃ is 48.3% only.Potential research and development orientation for improving the yield and reducing cloud point of heavy base oil is also proposed.
