摘要
江苏田湾核电站的3、4号机除盐水厂房反渗透系统运行中出现压差增大、产水量过低以及脱盐率下降等问题。通过对水质及垢样分析发现,由于水样中的Ca2+和HCO-3浓度都较高,导致膜系统CaCO3结垢严重。根据结垢原因,通过单因素及正交实验筛选出最优酸液清洗配方为0.1% HCl+2% C6H8O7+0.01% SDBS+0.05% AEO5+0.05% MSDS,采用该配方进行一步清洗可使膜通量恢复率达到95.25%,跨膜压差下降了58.3%,清洗效果良好。
Abstract
During the operation of the reverse osmosis membrane system in the demineralized water plant of unit 3 and 4 of Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant,there happens some problems,such as higher differential pressure,lower water production and the decreased desalination rate.It is found through analyzing water quality and scale sample that CaCO3 scaling in the reverse osmosis membrane system is serious due to high concentration of Ca2+ and HCO3- in water samples.According to the cause of scaling,the optimal acid cleaning formula -0.1% HCl+2% C6H8O7+0.01% SDBS (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate)+0.05% AEO5+0.05% MSDS (isothiazolinone) is obtained through single factor and orthogonal experiment methods.By using this formula for one-step cleaning,the membrane flux recovery rate can reach 95.25%,and the transmembrane differential pressure can be reduced by 58.3%.
