介孔Pt/La@SAPO-11催化油酸脱羧制备C8~C17烷烃的研究

摘要

以聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物(P123)和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)为介孔模板剂、La为助剂,采用原位封装法合成了一系列介孔Pt/La@SAPO-11双功能催化剂;利用TEM、XRD、N2-BET和NH3-TPD等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,适量金属La的引入可降低Pt纳米颗粒尺寸(6.5~7.0 nm),且Pt纳米颗粒均匀地分散在SAPO-11载体上;Pt/La@SAPO-11催化剂还具有良好的介孔结构,平均孔径为8.5~11.0 nm,BET比表面积为144~174 m2/g;此外,0.8% Pt/2% La@SAPO-11具有适宜的酸量(12.8 cm3/g STP)。以0.8% Pt/2% La@SAPO-11为催化剂、反应温度为340℃、反应时间为6 h时,C8~C17烷烃的收率可达82.1%。

Abstract

A series of mesoporous Pt/La@SAPO-11 bifunctional catalysts are synthesized via an in situ encapsulation process by using polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide triblock copolymers (P123) and dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) as the mesoporous templates,and lanthanum as the auxiliary agent.The obtained catalysts are characterized by means of TEM,XRD,N2-BET and NH3-TPD techniques.It is shown that the addition of an appropriate amount of La can reduce the size of Pt nanoparticles (6.5-7.0 nm),and Pt nanoparticles disperse uniformly on SAPO-11 carrier.Pt/La@SAPO-11 catalyst also has a good mesoporous structure with an average pore size in the range of 8.5-11.0 nm and a BET specific surface area in the range from 144 m2·g-1 to 174 m2·g-1.In addition,0.8 wt% Pt/2 wt% La@SAPO-11 has a suitable acid content (ammonia desorption quantity is 12.8 cm3·g-1).The yield of C8-C17 alkanes can reach 82.1% when 0.8 wt% Pt/2 wt% La@SAPO-11 is served as the catalyst,the reaction has performed at 340℃ in CO2 atmosphere for 6 h.
