摘要

采用一步水热法在FTO导电玻璃上制备了WO3纳米薄膜,并通过电沉积法在WO3纳米薄膜上生长CuBi2O4制备了WO3/CuBi2O4异质结。利用SEM、XRD、XPS等对WO3/CuBi2O4的形貌和晶体结构进行分析,并对其进行紫外-可见光谱、光电流及交流阻抗等测试。结果表明,WO3/CuBi2O4异质结的可见光吸收范围拓宽,其光电流密度(0.56 mA/cm2)为纯WO3(0.22 mA/cm2)的2.5倍,ABPE效率提升至0.22%。此外,WO3/CuBi2O4异质结使载流子阻抗降低、迁移率提高,从而提高光电化学性能。

Abstract

WO3 nanofilms are prepared on FTO conductive glass via one-step hydrothermal method,and WO3/CuBi2O4 heterojunction is prepared by growing CuBi2O4 on WO3 nanofilms through electrodeposition method.The morphology and crystal structure of WO3/CuBi2O4 are analyzed by means of SEM,XRD and XPS.WO3/CuBi2O4 is also characterized by absorption spectrum,photocurrent and AC impedance.Experimental results show that WO3/CuBi2O4 heterojunction widens visible light absorption range,its photocurrent density (0.56 mA·cm-2) is 2.5 times that of pure WO3 (0.22 m A·cm-2) and its ABPE efficiency increases to 0.22%.In addition,WO3/CuBi2O4 heterojunction significantly reduces the carrier impedance and improves the mobility,thus improving the photoelectrochemical properties.
