归纳了微纳结构WO3气敏材料的最新研究进展,总结了提高微纳结构WO3气敏材料气敏性能的方法,简要分析了WO3气敏材料传感器目前面临的问题,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract
Latest research progress on micro-structure WO3 gas sensitive material is summed up,and the method to improve the gas sensing performance of micro-structure WO3 gas sensitive material is summarized.The existing problems of WO3 gas sensor are analyzed,and its future development direction is prospected.
