摘要
概述了天然气水合物抑制剂和不同乙二醇再生回收工艺的工艺流程和特点,包括传统工艺、全流脱盐工艺、分流脱盐工艺和离子交换法脱盐工艺;对乙二醇再生及回收过程中涉及到的模拟计算和实验分析进展进行了总结;指出改进现有工艺存在的问题是下一步研究的重点。
Abstract
Natural gas hydrate inhibitors are outlined.The process flow and characteristics of different ethylene glycol regeneration recovery processes are summarized,including traditional process,full-stream desalination process,slip-stream desalination process and ion exchange method desalination process.Meanwhile,the progress on simulation calculations and experimental analysis involved in the ethylene glycol regeneration recovery process is summarized.It is pointed out that the key point of the next step is to improve the existing process.
