摘要

针对我国金属丝网加工企业存在生产工艺落后、资源利用率低、环境污染重等问题,全面分析了金属丝网加工业污染物产排特征,从合规性和源头控制,生产现场要求,电镀、热镀、涂塑工艺和污染防治要求以及环境管理几方面进行全过程整治提升方案设计,最终完成"清单式"的技术指导文件。结合行业发展现状,提出进一步健全标准体系、创新清洁生产技术和建立方案推行试点的建议,以促进金属丝网加工企业污染防治能力提升,实现行业的绿色升级。

Abstract

At present,there exist some problems in Chinese metal wire mesh processing enterprises,including backward production technology,low resource utilization rate,heavy environmental pollution and so on.The characteristics of generation and emission of pollutants in various production sections of wire mesh processing industry are analyzed.A whole-process improvement scheme is designed from several aspects such as compliance,source control,production site requirements,electroplating,hot plating,plastic coating process and pollution prevention requirements,and environmental management.Finally,the technical guidance documents in list type are formed.Combined with the development status of the industry,it is suggested to further improve the standard system of the industry,innovate the cleaner production technology and establish the demonstration for scheme implementation,in order to promote wire mesh processing enterprises to improve their ability in pollution prevention and control,and achieve the green upgrading of the industry.
