摘要
制备了聚L-亮氨酸修饰玻碳电极,并对丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠进行测定。结果表明,在此修饰电极上聚L-亮氨酸催化了丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠电化学氧化还原反应。实验对该电极的制备条件以及测试条件进行了优化。丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠的氧化峰电流与浓度呈线性关系,该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,可用于相关产品的生产及质量控制。另外,用电化学和紫外分光光度法分别研究了丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠和DNA的相互作用。结果表明,丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠和dsDNA发生了明显的相互作用。
Abstract
Poly(L-leucine) modified glassy carbon electrode is prepared,and used to determine sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate.The results show that poly(L-leucine) catalyzes the electrochemical redox reactions of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate on the modified electrode.The preparation and testing conditions for the electrode are optimized.The oxidation peak current of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate shows linear with its concentration.This modified electrode has good sensitivity,selectivity and stability,and can be used for the production and quality control of related products.In addition,the interaction between sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate and DNA is studied by means of electrochemistry and UV spectrophotometry,respectively.It is shown that there is obvious interaction between sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate and dsDNA.
