摘要

通过对催化装置热进料的生产工艺改造,解决了炼厂催化装置、常减压装置和焦化装置间重复用能的问题,节约了大量的循环水,并且增加了3.5 MPa蒸汽的发汽量,在节能降耗的同时,减少了电厂的碳排放量以及对环境的污染,为企业带来良好的经济效益。

Abstract

Through renovating the production process of the hot feed in the catalytic unit,the problem of repeated energy consumption among the catalytic unit,the atmospheric and vacuum units,and the coking unit in a certain refinery is solved,which can also save a large amount of cooling water and increase the generation amount of 3.5 MPa steam.While saving energy and reducing consumption,it helps the power plant to reduce carbon emissions and pollution to the environment,and brings about good economic benefits to the enterprise.
