摘要
在T型微反应器中进行气态SO3磺化十二烷基苯(DDB)的研究。考察了反应温度、SO3/DDB摩尔比、SO3体积分数、SO3/干燥空气混合气流量等磺化参数对十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)收率的影响。经过对实验条件进行优化,在反应温度为60℃、SO3体积分数为4%、SO3/DDB摩尔比为1.2、SO3/干燥空气混合气流量为400 mL/min的条件下,DBSA收率可达94.57%。结果表明,T型微反应器是一种能够适用于DDB气液磺化过程的新型磺化反应器,为气液磺化实现柔性生产提供了新的思路。
Abstract
The sulfonation of dodecylbenzene (DDB) with SO3 gas is studied in a T-type microreactor.The effects of sulfonation parameters such as reaction temperature,the molar ratio of SO3/DDB,the volume fraction of SO3 and the flow rate of SO3/dry air mixture on the yield of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) are investigated.The yield of DBSA can reach 94.57% under the optimal reaction conditions that reaction temperature is 60℃,the volume fraction of SO3 is 4%,the molar ratio of SO3/DDB is 1.2 and the flow rate of SO3/dry air mixture is 400 mL·min-1.Experimental results show that T-type microreactor can be applied to the gas-liquid sulfonation process of DDB,which provides a new idea for gas-liquid sulfonation.
