摘要

采用Aspen Plus软件对高氨氮垃圾渗滤液(30 000 L/h、8 000 mg/L NH+4)的汽提工艺流程进行模拟,探究了理论板数、回流比、蒸汽流量及碱液用量对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果和氨氮脱除率的影响规律。根据垃圾渗滤液的处理指标和衡量投资操作费用,对上述操作参数进行优化。结果表明,在优化操作参数下,汽提塔塔顶NH3流量为219.31 kg/h;塔底出料废液的pH为7.562,氨氮脱除率达96.3%。此研究结果为实际工业处理高氨氮垃圾渗滤液提供了参考。

Abstract

Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the stripping process for landfill leachate with high-concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen (30 000 L·h-1,and 8 000 mg·L-1).The influences of the number of theoretical plate,reflux ratio,steam flow and alkali dosage on the treatment effect of landfill leachate and the removal of ammoniacal nitrogen are explored.According to the treatment index of landfill leachate and the cost of investment and operation,these operation parameters are optimized.The results show that under the optimized operation parameters,the flow of NH3 at the top of stripper tower is 219.31 kg·h-1,the pH of discharge liquid at the bottom of stripper tower is 7.562,and the removal of ammoniacal nitrogen is 96.3%.The results provide a reference for the practical industrial treatment of waste leachate containing high concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen.
