摘要
以三醋酸纤维素(CTA)为基质,掺杂氧化石墨烯(GO)并通过溶剂蒸发法制备CTA/GO渗透汽化膜。通过FT-IR、SEM、AFM、水接触角对膜的微观结构和形貌进行表征;通过DSC测定膜的玻璃化转变温度;通过精密电子万能材料试验机测试膜的机械性;通过渗透汽化测试膜的盐水淡化性能。结果表明,掺杂少量GO可提高膜盐水淡化性能,当GO质量分数为0.4%时,其水通量比纯CTA膜提升31.6%。在70℃时,对于3.5% NaCl水溶液,CTA/GO膜的水通量达到7.41 kg/(m2·h),截留率高达99.9%。
Abstract
CTA/GO pervaporation membrane is prepared through solvent evaporation method with cellulose triacetate (CTA) as membrane matrix material and graphene oxide (GO) as additive.The microstructure and morphology of the membrane are characterized by means of FT-IR,SEM,AFM and water contact angle.The glass transition temperature is measured by means of DSC.The mechanical property is tested by precision electronic universal material testing machine.Pervaporation desalination test for the membrane shows that doping a small amount of GO can improve the desalination performance of the membrane.Water flux of CTA/GO membrane is 31.6% higher than that of CTA membrane when GO content is 0.4 wt%.Water flux of CTA/GO membrane reaches 7.41 kg·(m2·h)-1 and salt rejection is as high as 99.9% when NaCl concentration in feed is 3.5 wt% at 70℃.
