摘要
以氧化石墨烯(GO)为基体、水性聚氨酯(WPU)为填料,制备了WPU-GO复合材料,并探究了WPU的分子质量及流变学性能。分析结果表明,WPU在四氢呋喃作流动相时分子质量为4028,是非牛顿流体中的一种具有剪切稀化性质的假塑性流体。在制得的PU-GO复合材料上进一步负载纳米银颗粒,并通过SEM、XRD等对PU-rGO-Ag复合材料的形貌及组分进行分析,对其电催化过氧化氢(H2O2)的性能进行了测试。结果表明,制得的PU-rGO-Ag复合材料具有较好的电催化活性和较高的灵敏度,检测范围为4~40 mmol/L,同时对多种干扰源均具有良好的抗干扰能力。
Abstract
WPU-GO composites are prepared by using graphene oxide (GO) as matrix as well as waterborne polyurethane (WPU) as filler.The molecular weight and rheological property of WPU are investigated by means of GPC.It is shown that WPU has a molecular weight of 4,028 when tetrahydrofuran is used as mobile phase,and is a pseudoplastic fluid that belongs to non-Newtonian fluid furthermore performing shear thinning property.The prepared WPU-GO composite is loaded with silver nanoparticles to obtain PU-rGO-Ag composite.The morphology and composition of PU-rGO-Ag composite are further characterized,while its performance in electrocatalytic of hydrogen peroxide is tested.The results show that the prepared PU-rGO-Ag composite has good electrocatalytic activity,high sensitivity,wide detection range (4-40 mmol·L-1) and good anti-interference ability to a variety of interference sources.
