摘要
概述了国内外关于C1~C4低碳烷烃无氧芳构化催化剂的研究进展;重点介绍了基于分子筛载体制备的Mo/ZSM-5、Zn/ZSM-5、Ga/ZSM-5 3个体系催化剂及其用于低碳烷烃芳构化制备二甲苯时的催化性能。结合现有芳构化催化剂研究现状,提出未来催化剂研发应重点关注产物中芳烃选择性的提升,尤其是对二甲苯的选择性。
Abstract
Global research progress on the catalysts for the aromatization of light alkanes without oxygen is summarized.Mo/ZSM-5,Zn/ZSM-5 and Ga/ZSM-5,which are all prepared based on molecular sieve carrier,are introduced,and their catalytic performances in the aromatization of light alkanes to xylenes are described.Combined with the research status of existing aromatization catalysts,it is proposed that the future research and development of catalysts should focus on the improvement of aromatics selectivity in products,especially the selectivity of p-xylene.
