摘要

2020年9月中国提出了力争于2030年前碳达峰、到2060年实现碳中和的战略目标。"双碳"目标的提出是中国积极应对气候变化的庄严承诺,也是大国的担当和责任。"双碳"目标的推进是一个系统工程,涉及社会经济、能源、工业、交通、居民生活等方方面面,非一朝一夕可达。简要概述了"双碳"的科学内涵、发展现状、实现路径和面临的机遇与挑战,为其科学有序推进提供借鉴与启示。

Abstract

In September 2020,China proposed the strategic goal of peaking CO2 emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060."Peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality" is China's solemn commitment to actively respond to global climate change.It is also the responsibility of a major country.The implementation of "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality" target is a systematic project involving social economy,energy,industry,transportation and people's life,which cannot be achieved overnight.This review briefly summarizes the scientific connotation,development status,realization path,opportunities and challenges of "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality",and provides reference and inspiration for the scientific and orderly advancement of "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality".
