摘要
从价廉易得的2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和氰乙酰胺原料出发,通过一锅法缩合反应得到苯并香豆素衍生物新型荧光探针L,其化学结构经过IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、ESI-MS确证。根据Job曲线、荧光滴定等确定探针L与Hg2+形成2:1的配合物。该方法对Hg2+测定的线性范围为1.6×10-8~0.8×10-6 mol/L,络合常数为1.45×104 L/mol,检测限为4.13×10-7 mol/L。探针L具有稳定性好、操作简单、灵敏度和选择性高等优点,可以通过荧光增强信号方便地检测出贵州中药材天麻、太子参和贵州固体废渣磷石膏中是否含有Hg2+。
Abstract
A novel benzocoumarin derivative fluorescent probe L is obtained through one pot condensation reaction with cheap and easily available 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalene formaldehyde and cyanoacetamide as raw materials.Its chemical structure is confirmed by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR and ESI-MS.In a solution of DMSO/EtOH (v/v=1:1) and at 365 nm wavelength,the combination of probe L and Hg2+ show blue color light,and the fluorescence intensity is enhanced.The selective,sensitive and anti-interference experiments demonstrate that probe L exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity recognition ability to Hg2+.According to job curve and fluorescence titration,probe L forms a 2:1 ratio of complex with Hg2+,their complex constant and detection limit is 1.45×104 L·mol-1 and 4.13×10-8 mol·L-1,respectively.The linear range of this method for the determination of Hg2 + is from 1.6×10-8 mol·L-1 to 0.8×10-6 mol·L-1.Probe L also exhibits significant advantages such as good stability,simple operation,high sensitivity and selectivity.It can easily be used to detect whether there is Hg2+ in traditional Chinese medicines such as Gastrodiaelata and Radix Pseudostellariae,and solid waste phosphogypsum.
