摘要
新建丙烷脱氢装置的丙烷丙烯分离塔采用六溢流塔板设计,开车运行时分离效果差,产品不合格。通过对塔内件设计参数详细核算并结合γ射线扫描检测,对运行故障进行了分析论证,查清了原因并进行了相应改造,改造后达到良好的分离效果。
Abstract
The C3 splitter of a newly-constructed propylene dehydrogenation unit (PDH) adopts 6-pass trays design scheme,which exhibits a poor splitting effect during start-up and produces unqualified products.Troubleshooting investigation is conducted to identify the root cause of poor performance based on existing tray design and gamma scanning.The operation fault is analyzed and demonstrated,the reason is found out and the corresponding transformation has been performed.After the transformation,a good separation effect is achieved.
