摘要
基于微流控技术并结合界面聚合法制备了一种以正十六烷为芯材、聚脲(PU)为壳材的相变微胶囊。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光学显微镜(OM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描热分析仪(DSC)等对微胶囊的微观形貌、化学结构、热稳定性、相变潜热等进行表征和分析。结果表明,制备的正十六烷聚脲相变微胶囊具有粒径可控、高分散性的优点;所制得的微胶囊呈球形;被壳材聚脲包覆的微胶囊较正十六烷的热稳定性更好、化学结构更加稳定。
Abstract
A phase change microcapsule with n-hexadecane (CH3(CH2)14CH3) as core material and polyurea (PU) as shell material is prepared based on microfluidic technology and interfacial polymerization method.Scanning electron microscope (SEM),optical microscope (OM),Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra,X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA),and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) are employed to characterize and analyze the microstructure,chemical structure,thermal stability,and phase change latent heat of the microcapsule.The results show that the prepared n-hexadecane-polyurea phase change microcapsules,which are spherical,have the advantages of controllable particle size and high dispersion.Compared with n-hexadecane,the microcapsules coated with polyurea have better thermal stability and more stable chemical structure.
