摘要

以提纯后的凹凸棒土为载体,采用超声浸渍法在其表面负载锰钴氧化物,制备锰、钴质量比分别为1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1和5:1的MnxCoy/ATP催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、H2-TPR等对催化剂物化性质进行表征,考察了催化剂对对二甲苯的催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,当锰、钴质量比为1:1、空速为10 000 h-1、对二甲苯质量浓度为4 000 mg/m3时,8% Mn1Co1/ATP催化剂的催化氧化性能最高,其T10=195℃、T50=268℃、T99=345℃。

Abstract

Taking the purified attapulgite clay (ATP) as the support,MnxCoy/ATP catalysts with different ratios of manganese and cobalt are prepared by means of ultrasonic impregnation method.Structure and property of the catalysts are characterized through XRD,SEM,TEM and H2-TPR.The performance of the catalysts in oxidation of para-xylene is investigated.It is shown that the 8%Mn1Co1/ATP catalyst exhibits the best performance when the mass ratio of manganese to cobalt is 1:1,the concentrations of para-xylene is 4 000 mg·m-3,and the space velocity is 10 000 h-1.The 8%Mn1Co1/ATP can reduce T10,T50,and T99 of para-xylene to 195℃,268℃,and 345℃,respectively.
