摘要

建立了一种吖啶橙-Fenton试剂荧光光谱法测定双酚S含量的方法。在酸性介质中,吖啶橙能被Fenton试剂产生的羟自由基氧化并引起荧光猝灭,而双酚S能够抑制羟自由基对吖啶橙的氧化作用,其抑制荧光猝灭程度在一定范围内与BPS的浓度呈线性关系。研究结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,双酚S浓度在2.5×10-8~1.5×10-7 mg/L范围内与吖啶橙荧光强度变化ΔF呈良好的线性关系(R=0.996 55),检出限为2.661×10-9 mg/L。该测定方法简便、快速、需样量少、灵敏度高,加标回收率为96.02%~101.4%。

Abstract

A new method is established for the determination of trace bisphenol-S based on the inhibition effect of bisphenol-S on the reaction between Fenton reagent and acridine orange.In sulfuric acid medium,acridine orange can be oxidized by hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton reagent,causing fluorescence quenching,while bisphenol S can inhibit the oxidation of hydroxyl radical on acridine orange.There is a linear relationship between the inhibitory effect on fluorescence quenching and the concentration of bisphenol-S within a certain range.Experimental results show that there exists a good relationship (R=0.996 55) between the concentration of bisphenol S in the range of 2.5×10-8 mg·L-1-1.5×10-7 mol·L-1 and the change of acridine orange fluorescence intensity (ΔF) under the optimum conditions,the detection limit is 2.661×10-9 mg·L-1,and the recoveries are between 96.02%-101.4%.This method is fast,simple and high selectivity,and need few amount of samples.
