摘要
在玻碳电极表面制备石墨烯/Nafion修饰电极,采用循环伏安法研究过氧化氢的电化学行为,运用差分脉冲伏安法在最优条件下对修饰后的工作电极在过氧化氢溶液中的各项电化学性能进行分析检测。结果表明,修饰电极的灵敏度较高,检出限(0.057 mmol/L)较低,重复性、稳定性和选择结果也令人满意,而且成功用于4种真实样品中过氧化氢的测定。
Abstract
Graphene/Nafion modified electrode is prepared on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical behavior of hydrogen peroxide is studied through cyclic voltammetry method.Various electrochemical properties of the modified working electrode in hydrogen peroxide solution are analyzed by differential pulse voltammetry method under the optimal conditions.The results show that the modified electrode exhibits higher sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.057 mmol·L-1,and shows satisfactory repeatability,stability and selection results.It has been successfully used for the determination of hydrogen peroxide in four real samples.
