摘要
根据配位自组装策略设计并合成了含有不同金属的上层天线卟啉MPor (Zn、Cd、Mn、Co),与锚定卟啉ZnPA通过金属-配体构建轴向配位自组装体MPor-ZnPA,并制备染料敏化太阳能电池器件。与ZnPA相比,MPor-ZnPA的光伏性能有明显的提高,尤其是上层金属采用Zn或Mn时具有较好的光捕获能力,可以提高电池性能。当采用金属Co时,结构位阻较大,产生不利的染料聚集,导致其光敏器件效率较低。利用理论计算和TEM对MPor-ZnPA的结构进行了表征。
Abstract
According to the coordination self-assembly strategy,the upper antenna porphyrin MPor (Zn,Cd,Mn,Co) containing different metals are designed and synthesized.MPor-ZnPA,an axial coordination self-assembly,is constructed from MPor and the anchored porphyrin ZnPA through metal-ligand.On this basis,the dye-sensitized solar cell devices are prepared.Compared with ZnPA (a single-layer anchored porphyrin),MPor-ZnPA (double-layer coordination self-assembled battery device) has a significantly improved photoelectric conversion efficiency.Especially as Zn or Mn is used as the upper layer metal,it has better light trapping ability and can improve battery performance.As Co is used,the structural steric hindrance is relatively large,resulting in unfavorable dye aggregation,in turn resulting in low efficiency of the photosensitive device.Theoretical calculations and TEM are employed to verify the structure of MPor-ZnPA.
