摘要
采用水热法合成了一种片状Ni-MOFs (Ni-金属有机框架)材料,利用扫描电镜及X射线粉末衍射对Ni-MOFs的形貌及结构进行表征。以丙烯海松酸(乙三胺)酰胺(APAA)及长油度醇酸树脂(LAK)为成膜物质、Ni-MOFs为掺杂剂,制备了一种(Ni-MOFs/APAA-LAK)/醇酸树脂清漆。将制备的清漆分别涂于碳钢电极及马口铁片上,采用Tafel极化曲线、电化学交流阻抗、盐雾腐蚀试验及硬度实验测试涂层的性能。结果表明,添加Ni-MOFs质量分数为0.3%的清漆防腐性能最好,腐蚀电流密度为4.53×10-6 A/cm2,而未添加Ni-MOFs材料的清漆腐蚀电流密度为67.2×10-6 A/cm2;与未加Ni-MOFs的清漆相比,Ni-MOFs杂化材料显著改善醇酸树脂清漆的性能。
Abstract
Flake-like Ni-based metal-organic framework materials (Ni-MOFs) are synthesized through hydrothermal method,and their morphology and structure are characterized by SEM and XRD,respectively.A kind of rosin-based alkyd resin varnish is prepared by using acrtlicpimaric acid(ethylenetriamine) amide (APAA) and long alkyd resin (LAK) as the film-forming substances,and the as-prepared Ni-MOFs as a dopant.The as-prepared varnish are coated onto carbon steel electrode and tinplate,respectively.The properties of the coating are investigated by Tafel polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),salt spray test and hardness test.The results show that the varnish with 0.3% of Ni-MOFs has the best anticorrosion performance,with a corrosion current density of 4.53×10-6 A·cm-2.As a comparison,the corrosion current density of the varnish without Ni-MOFs is 67.20×10-6 A·cm-2.Furthermore,Ni-MOFs hybrid materials help to improve greatly the performance of the varnish.
