摘要

有机杂环缓蚀剂具有安全低毒和缓蚀性能好等特点,在海工装备的腐蚀防护领域具有巨大潜力。介绍了具有较高缓释性能的含氮、含硫以及氮硫复合的代表性缓蚀剂,阐述了静态失重法、电化学法、表面分析法及谱学分析方法、分子动力学模拟及量子化学分析等评价缓蚀剂性能的方法,展望了有机杂环缓蚀剂的发展趋势。

Abstract

Organic heterocyclic corrosion inhibitors possess the characteristics of low toxicity and good anticorrosion performance,and have great potential in the field of marine engineering equipment anticorrosion.In this paper,some corrosion inhibitors containing nitrogen,sulfur and nitrogen/sulfur are introduced,all of which have high corrosion inhibition activity.Current methods for evaluating the performance of corrosion inhibitors are also introduced,including static weight loss method,electrochemical method,surface analysis method,spectral analysis method,molecular dynamics simulation and quantum chemical analysis.The development trend of organic heterocyclic corrosion inhibitors is also prospected.
