摘要

从催化剂与煤的作用状态入手,将煤的催化热解分为催化剂原位催化煤热解和非原位(催化剂对煤热解挥发物的催化提质)2种,并对这2类催化热解方式进行了评述。指出这些热解方式中催化剂加入程序与作用方式的不同,以及应用于工业化规模的优劣势,并考察了煤催化热解中不同类型催化剂、不同催化提质方式的催化提质效果,以实现提高煤热解焦油品质的目的。

Abstract

Based on the interaction state between catalyst and coal,the catalytic pyrolysis of coal can be divided into in-situ catalytic pyrolysis and non-in-situ catalytic pyrolysis (catalytic upgrading of coal pyrolysis volatiles by catalyst),which are described and analyzed.In order to improve the quality of tar from coal pyrolysis,the differences of adding procedure and action mode of catalyst in these pyrolysis methods are given,the advantages and disadvantages of application to the scale of industrialization are introduced.The catalytic upgrading effect by different types of catalysts and different catalytic upgrading methods in coal catalytic pyrolysis is studied.
