摘要

采用离子交换法制备铝改性硅溶胶,通过水热合成法制备合成了ZSM-5分子筛。利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附对其形貌、结构进行表征,并进行了乙苯脱乙基型二甲苯异构化反应催化性能评价。结果表明,该合成方法在140℃晶化48 h合成了高结晶度的ZSM-5分子筛。随着用碱量的提高,粒径逐渐减小,形貌从棱柱形向椭圆柱形转变,二甲苯异构活性达到23.95%,乙苯的转化率为56.38%,二甲苯损失率为0.65%。

Abstract

Aluminum modified silica sol is prepared via ion exchange method, and used to synthesize ZSM-5 molecular sieve via hydrothermal synthesis method at 140℃.The morphology and structure of the samples are characterized by means of XRD, SEM, FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption.The catalytic performance of the samples is evaluated through the isomerization of ethylbenzene to xylene.Results show clearly that ZSM-5 molecular sieve with a high crystallinity has been synthesized at 140℃ for 48 h, which has a regular appearance.With the increase of NaOH dosage, the particle size of ZSM-5 molecular sieve drops gradually, and the morphology changes from prismatic to elliptical cylindrical.Over the prepared ZSM-5 molecular sieve, the isomerization activity of xylene reaches 23.95%, the conversion rate of ethylbenzene is 56.38%, and the loss rate of xylene is 0.65%.
