摘要
通过浸渍法在实验室条件下合成了SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2催化剂,并通过TG、XRD、FT-IR、Hammett指示剂、SEM、TEM、BET等对其进行表征。以SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2为催化剂催化合成季戊四醇正辛酸酯,经过工艺优化后得到最佳反应条件:反应温度为200℃、正辛酸和季戊四醇的摩尔比为4.2:1、催化剂质量为进料质量的3%、反应时间6 h,反应结束后酯化率高于98%。催化剂重复使用5次后酯化率仍达96.30%。
Abstract
SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2 catalyst is synthesized by impregnation method in laboratory,and characterized by TG,XRD,FT-IR,Hammett indicator,SEM and TEMBET.Pentaerythritol n-octanoate ester is synthesized by using SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2 as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions are determined as follows:reaction temperature is at 200℃,the molar ratio of n-octanoate to pentaerythritol is 4.2:1,catalyst mass is 3% of feed mass,and the reaction lasts for 6 h.The esterification rate is higher than 98% after the reaction ends.The esterification rate still reaches 96.30% after the catalyst has been reused for 5 times.
