摘要
设计合成了一种罗丹明B类衍生物RhA,并用荧光和紫外分析法检测其特性。RhA探针对Cu2+的识别具有唯一性,在2×10-5 mol/L HEPES-CH3CN(体积比1:1,含0.1 mol/L NaNO3,pH=7.4)溶液中,RhA单独存在下是无颜色的,荧光强度较低;滴入Cu2+后,溶液渐变为粉红色,而且荧光显著加强,却对其他常见金属离子基本无响应。荧光光谱显示RhA对较低浓度Cu2+的检测仍然呈良好的线性关系。本探针对于真实水体环境中Cu2+的快速即时检测具有一定实用价值。
Abstract
RhA,a kind of rhodamine B derivative,is designed and synthesized,and its characteristics is detected by means of fluorescence and ultraviolet analysis methods.RhA probe is a chemo-sensor for Cu2+.RhA alone has no color and low fluorescence intensity in a 2×10-5 mol·L-1 HEPES-CH3CN (a volumetric ratio of 1:1,containing 0.1 mol·L-1 of NaNO3,pH=7.4) solution.After adding Cu2+,the solution gradually turns pink,and the fluorescence is significantly enhanced,but there is hardly response to other common metal ions.The fluorescence spectrum show that RhA still shows a good linear relationship for the detection at a lower concentration of Cu2+ at 10 μmol·L-1.This method has potential application value for the rapid and real-time detection of Cu2+ in actual water environment.
