化工行业集团型企业为应对数字化转型，应构建一套统一、体系化、结构化的数据标准，实现集团内集中管控。将分散在集团内各化工企业中的主数据，按照物料、会计科目、银行、供应商、客户等方面数据制定出统一的规范编码体系，按照不同的业务分类交由相关的集团业务部门管理，形成虚拟的主数据管理组织。根据集团管理的实际要求，设计出主数据的增加、维护、使用、优化的全生命周期管理的流程和运维体系，最终实现主数据在化工行业的集团内统一标准、统一口径、统一维护。通过主数据管理体系的建立，逐步探索集团内的数据治理，为集团实现"大数据"管理奠定基础。

To address digital transformation,group enterprises in the chemical industry shall establish a set of unified,systematic and structured data standards,achieving centralized control within the group.A unified standard coding system is developed for the master data scattered among the chemical enterprises in the group according to the data of materials,finance,personnel,customers and suppliers,and then handed over to the relevant group business departments for management according to different business classifications to form a virtual master data management organization.According to the group's actual requirements in management,the whole life cycle management process and operation-maintenance system are designed for the addition,maintenance,use and optimization of master data.Finally,the master data can be uniformly standardized,caliber and maintained within the group.Through the establishment of master data management system,the data governance within the group is gradually explored,laying the foundation for the group to realize "big data" management.
