摘要

设计了以抽余C4为原料、两步氧化制备MMA的工艺流程。该流程具有合成路线短、投资费用少、MMA产率高等优点。运用Aspen Plus模拟软件分别对工艺流程中的3个工段进行了模拟,并以T4003塔为例,介绍了运用Aspen Plus中Sensitivity模块对塔的操作参数进行模拟优化的过程,优化后的参数为:理论塔板数47、回流比4.2、萃取剂用量240 kmol/h、原料及萃取剂进料位置分别为38和44块塔板。

Abstract

As an important organic chemical raw material and chemical product, MMA is widely used in many fields, and its apparent consumption is increasing year by year.Various technological processes for producing MMA have their own advantages and disadvantages.A process scheme of producing MMA by two-step oxidation with raffinate C4 as raw material is designed, with advantages of short synthetic route, low investment and high MMA yield.Three sections of this process are respectively simulated by Aspen Plus simulation software.Taking T4003 tower as an example, the simulation optimization of its operating parameters is introduced.The optimized parameters are determined that the number of theoretical plates is 47, reflux ratio is 4.2, extractant dosage is 240 kmol·h-1, raw material is fed at the 38th plate and the extractant is fed at the 44th plate.
