摘要
为了解决天然气站场、阀室凝露管道涂层易腐蚀失效的难题,对传统防腐涂层进行老化分析,并研发新型耐凝露石墨烯防腐涂料。在实验室进行附着力、中性盐雾和耐连续冷凝实验,结果表明,石墨烯防腐涂层在凝露环境下附着力良好,防腐性能优异。通过天然气阀室现场涂装应用表明,石墨烯涂层服役两年后无起泡、剥落等现象,涂层对管道的防腐性能良好,比传统涂层老化级别更低,可实现凝露环境下对管道的长效防护,可为其他凝露化工管道的腐蚀防护提供借鉴。
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of easy corrosion and failure of the coating on pipelines in natural gas stations, the aging analysis is performed for traditional anticorrosive coating and new condensation-resistant graphene anti-corrosion coatings are developed.Experimental results through adhesion, neutral salt spray and continuous condensation resistance in laboratory show that graphene anticorrosive coating exhibits good adhesion and excellent anticorrosive performance in a condensation environment.The on-site coating application in natural gas station shows that the developed graphene coating has no blistering or peeling phenomena after two years of service, shows good anticorrosive performance on pipelines, and has a lower aging level than traditional coatings.It can supply a long-term protection for pipelines in a condensation environment, which can also provide a reference for anticorrosion of other chemical pipelines exposed to condensation environment.
