摘要
从煤焦油的直接燃烧、加氢制取清洁燃料油、沥青深加工和提取精细化工品等方面阐述了煤焦油的利用途径和加工技术。对于中低温煤焦油和高温煤焦油,应针对其原料特性综合选择使用方法,可采用分质分级法加工制取燃料油、化学品以及碳材料等高附加值的化工产品,推动煤焦油加工业向精细化和功能化快速发展。
Abstract
China is a large energy consumer dominated by coal.The efficient utilization of coal tar can help China to reduce the dependence on petroleum resources, realize the comprehensive utilization of multiple energy sources and optimize the energy consumption structure.The utilization routes and processing technologies for coal tar are briefly introduced from the aspects of the direct combustion of coal tar, coal tar hydrogenation to produce clean fuel oil, deep processing of asphalt and extraction of fine chemicals, etc.As for low-medium temperature coal tar and high temperature coal tar, the utilization method shall be comprehensively selected according to the characteristics of coal tar.High value-added chemical products such as fuel oil, chemical products and carbon materials can be further produced by means of the grading and classification method, in order to promote the rapid development of the coal tar processing industry towards refinement and functionalization.
