摘要

通过液相还原法将纳米零价铁(nZVI)负载于氮化碳(CN)表面制成复合材料(nZVI@CN),并考察其对水中三氯乙烯(TCE)的去除性能。结果表明,制得的nZVI@CN表面零价铁(粒径50 nm左右)分散均匀,比表面积和孔隙体积高于nZVI和CN。批实验和氯离子检测结果表明,TCE的去除包括吸附和还原脱氯2个过程。nZVI@CN的质量浓度为2 g/L时,TCE (20 mg/L)3 h的去除效率可达87.6%。nZVI@CN还原降解体系中,离子质量浓度的增加以及溶液pH升高均不利于TCE的还原脱氯,而溶解氧(DO)对TCE的去除无显著影响。

Abstract

Composite material nZVI@CN is synthesized via liquid phase reduction method by loading nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI) onto the surface of polymeric graphitic carbon nitride (CN), and the removal efficiency of nZVI@CN to trichloroethylene (TCE) in water is investigated.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that nZVI particles with a size of about 50 nm are well distributed on the surface of CN.Through Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) detection, it is indicated that nZVI@CN has larger specific surface area and total pore volume than either nZVI or CN.Batch experiments and chloride ion detection results show that the removal of TCE by nZVI@CN involves in two processes, i.e., adsorption and reductive dechlorination.The removal efficiency of TCE can reach 87.6% within 3 h of treatment under the optimal reaction conditions that the mass concentrations of nZVI@CN and TCE are 2 g·L-1 and 20 mg·L-1, respectively.In the nZVI@CN reduction degradation system, both higher ion concentration and pH value can inhibit the reduction of TCE, while dissolved oxygen has no impact on the removal of TCE.
