摘要
分析了催化剂种类、催化剂添加量(Ca/C摩尔比)对生物质气化制氢产气中气体组成和氢气产率的影响,大量实验研究表明,Ca/C摩尔比适宜区间为1.0~2.0,随着Ca/C摩尔比增加至2.0,H2体积分数上升,可达到60.5%~67.8%,CO2体积分数下降,低至0.2%~8.5%,CH4基本保持不变,维持在10%~17%。研究了催化剂循环次数对CaO转化率的影响,结果表明,循环次数为1~100次时,CaO转化率从70%~99%下降至19.8%~21.6%,循环次数为100~1 000次时,CaO转化率下降至18.5%~19.7%,并利用动力学分析,发现准二级吸附速率方程拟合效果最好,相关系数均为0.980以上。
Abstract
Effects of catalyst types and catalyst dosage (Ca/C molar ratio) on gas composition and hydrogen yield in hydrogen production via biomass gasification are analyzed.A large number of experimental studies show that the suitable molar ratio of Ca/C is in the range 1.0-2.0.As the molar ratio of Ca/C increases to 2.0, the volume concentration of H2 increases to 60.5%-67.8%, that of CO2 decreases to 0.2%-8.5%, and that of CH4 remains unchanged in the range of 10%-17%.Influences of the cycle times of catalyst on the conversion of CaO are studied.It is show that the conversion rate of CaO drops from 70%-99% to 19.8%-21.6% when the cycle times are in the range of 1-100, and decreases to 18.5%-19.7% when the cycle times are in the range of 100-1 000.It is found through kinetic analysis that the quasi second order adsorption rate equation has the best fitting effect, with correlation coefficients all above 0.980.
