摘要

研究了苯乙烯有机废气采用沸石转轮+催化燃烧工艺的可行性,对该工艺进行了系统的优化设计,可有效针对不同浓度的苯乙烯废气处理达到越来越严格的排放标准限值要求。并说明了优化工艺的特点以及运行过程中的注意事项。

Abstract

The feasibility of using zeolite runner+catalytic combustion process to treat with styrene-containing waste gas is studied, and the process is optimized and designed systematically, which can effectively deal with different concentrations of styrene-containing waste gas to reach increasingly strict emission standard limits.The characteristics of the optimized process and the precautions during operation are also explained.
