摘要
为达到工业循环水软化的目的,采用正交实验法研究了多因素对电化学软化水特性的影响,得出了电化学水软化的最优水平组合。在实际工况条件下,以除垢量和除垢率为实验指标,基于正交实验法进行实验研究,并进行直观分析和极差、方差分析。结果表明,影响除垢效率的因素依次为硬度(A)>间距(D)>极板类型(C)>电压(B)>反应时间(E)。最佳工艺条件为:硬度为1 000 mg/L、电压为20 V、3 mm×6 mm钛网、间距为50 mm、溶液反应时间为10 h;在该条件下电化学除垢的去除率达到97.08%。
Abstract
In order to achieve the purpose of softening industrial circulating water, the orthogonal experiment method is utilized to study the influences of multiple factors on electrochemical softening water characteristics.The optimal combination of electrochemically softening water is obtained.The results show that under actual working conditions, the removal amount and rate of scale are taken as experimental indicators, and the experimental research is performed based on the orthogonal experiment method.The intuitive analysis, and range and variance analysis are all proceeded.It can be obtained that the primary and secondary factors affecting the descaling efficiency are hardness (A)>spacing (D)>plate type (C)>voltage (B)>reaction time (E).It is concluded that the best process conditions are as follows:the hardness of water is 1, 000 mg·L-1, the voltage is 20 V, the size of titanium mesh is 3 mm×6 mm, the spacing between plates is 50 mm, and the reaction in solution lasts for 10 h.Under the optimal conditions, the electrochemical descaling rate reaches 97.08%.
