摘要
以TiO2/ZnO为核体,在其表面包覆木质素,制备TiO2/ZnO/木质素全波段紫外屏蔽材料。通过UV-Vis、TG、XRD、FT-IR、TEM和光催化性能测试等对材料进行结构和性能分析。结果表明,木质素能够有效降低锌-钛复合材料的光催化活性,且最佳包覆量为15%。将TiO2/ZnO/木质素复合材料与市售TiO2/ZnO以相同活性组分添加至防晒配方中,考察配方稳定性、防晒性能等。结果表明,TiO2/ZnO/木质素复合材料具有更优异的紫外屏蔽能力和稳定性。
Abstract
TiO2/ZnO/lignin full-band ultraviolet shielding material is prepared by coating lignin on the surface of TiO2/ZnO core body.UV-Vis, TG, XRD, FT-IR, TEM and photocatalytic activity test are utilized to characterize the structure and properties of the prepared composite material.It is shown that lignin can effectively reduce the photocatalytic activity of zinc-titanium composites, and the optimal coating amount is 15%.TiO2/ZnO/lignin composite material and a commercially available TiO2/ZnO are respectively added into the sunscreen formula with the same active components to investigate the formulation stability and sunscreen performance of the formula.The results show that the prepared TiO2/ZnO/lignin composite material has better stability and ultraviolet shielding ability.
