摘要
为探索黄腐植酸对褐煤生物甲烷化利用的影响,提升褐煤制生物甲烷的产率,以内蒙古平庄褐煤为材料,在褐煤生物甲烷化反应体系中加入黄腐植酸,解析发酵过程中挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度、辅酶F420质量摩尔浓度对褐煤生物甲烷化日产气量和总产气量的影响。结果表明,添加1 500 mg/L黄腐植酸的褐煤发酵组的总产气量为838.9 mL,比对照组总产气量增加了49.6%,说明黄腐植酸对褐煤生物甲烷化促进作用显著。
Abstract
Lignite is rich in humic acid.Humic acid is divided into fulvic acid, brown humic acid and black humic acid according to their solubility in solution.In order to explore the effect of fulvic acid on the biomethane utilization of lignite and improve the yield of biomethane from lignite, fulvic acid is added into the biomethane reaction system of lignite from Inner Mongolia.The influences of volatile fatty acids concentration and coenzyme F420 concentration during the fermentation process on daily gas production and total gas production are analyzed.It is indicated that total gas production by lignite fermentation group with 1, 500 mg·L-1 of fulvic acid reaches 838.9 mL, which is 49.6% higher than that of the control group, suggesting that fulvic acid plays a significant role in promoting the biological methanation of lignite.
