摘要

利用循环伏安法将L-甲硫氨酸修饰到裸玻碳电极表面,成功制备出聚L-甲硫氨酸修饰电极(PLM/GCE);分别采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法探讨修饰电极的电化学性能和对氯苯酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果发现,PLM/GCE在最优条件下,在8.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L浓度范围内的氧化峰电流值与浓度呈现出较好的线性相关,线性方程为Ip=0.244 1C+1.129 6,r=0.999 1。研究表明,PLM/GCE可用于对氯苯酚的电化学检测。

Abstract

L-methionine modified electrode (PLM/GCE) is prepared through modifying L-methionine onto the surface of bare glassy carbon electrode by means of cyclic voltammetry method. Circulating voltammetry method and differential pulse voltammetry method are respectively employed to study the electrochemical performance of the modified electrode and the electrochemical behavior of p-chlorophenol on the modified electrode. The optimal measurement conditions are explored. Study results show the oxidation peak current value of p-chlorophenol over PLM/GCE has a good linear relationship with the concentration in the concentration range of 8.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol·L-1, and the linear equation is:Ip=0.244 1C+1.129 6, r=0.999 1. It is shown that PLM/GCE can be applied to the electrochemical detection of p-chlorophenol.
