摘要
采用喷雾干燥法制备了形貌规整、粒径分布均匀的球型前驱体,再通过煅烧制备了包覆改性复合掺杂尖晶石锰酸锂材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、激光粒度、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、CV测试、EIS分析、充放电测试对其结构和电化学性能进行表征,并探究了不同二氧化锆包覆质量分数对氟铝共掺杂材料性能的影响。结果表明,当二氧化锆包覆质量分数为3%时,0.1 C倍率首次放电比容量为118.5 mA·h/g,1 C倍率循环260次后放电比容量为98.2 mA·h/g,容量保持率为83.2%,相比未包覆样品的循环性能有较大提升。
Abstract
Spherical precursor with regular morphology and uniform particle size distribution is prepared by spray drying method,and then the coated and modified composite doped spinel lithium manganate material is prepared by calcination.X-ray diffraction (XRD),laser particle size,scanning electron microscope (SEM),transmission electron microscope (TEM),CV test,EIS analysis,and charge and discharge test are employed to characterize the structure and electrochemical performance of the material.The influences of the mass fraction of zirconium dioxide coatings on the properties of F/Al co-doped material are explored.It is indicated that as the mass fraction of zirconium dioxide coating is 3wt%,the first discharge specific capacity of the material is 118.5 mAh·g-1 at 0.1 C rate,the discharge specific capacity is 98.2 mAh·g-1 after 260 cycles at 1C rate,and the capacity retention rate is 83.2%,representing a great improvement compared with the uncoated sample.
