摘要
简要介绍了生物法脱除烟气中NOx的主要原理以及研究现状,发现NO气液传质速率低是限制单一生物法实际工业应用的"瓶颈"所在,而物化-生物法联用技术已经成为目前解决NO传质速率低的主要方法,从而进一步对膜分离技术结合生物法、络合吸收结合生物还原法、氧化吸收联合生物法3种联用技术进行了优缺点分析,并对每种联用技术需要解决的问题给出了建议。
Abstract
The mechanism and current status of NOx removal via biological method are introduced briefly.It is found that the low gas-liquid mass transfer rate of NO is the bottleneck limiting practical industrial application of single biological method.The physicochemical-biological combined technology has become the main method to overcome the low mass transfer rate of NO.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of the membrane separation-biological method,chemical absorption-biological reduction method,and oxidative absorption-biological method are analyzed,and suggestions on the problems that each combining method needs to solve are proposed.
